Updating inventory quantity

Either by scanning a barcode or entering an inventory identifier, you can access the screen for adjusting the inventory quantity. The window displays relevant quantity fields. For future reference, use the Quantity note field to indicate the reason for the change, such as a recount or an audit correction.

Reading weights from electronic balances​

GGCE has the ability to read the weight of material directly from electronic balances. This function is only supported in Chrome on desktop and Android devices (not on iOS). Electronic balances with Bluetooth 4.0+ are supported.

In Chrome, the button with a Bluetooth symbol allows you to connect to the balance.

After connecting, the value in the field is continuously updated with the weight reported by the balance.

If you have set the Quantity On Hand Units to seed, the weight will be converted to seed count using the value you provide in the Hundred Seed Weight field.
