Assign Storage Location

Assign Storage Location allows you to easily associate the location address of your inventories.

First, select the site and location (e.g., L1-L2-L3). The tool will then display all inventories at that location. The table shows columns for inventory number, quantity, unit, and storage locations 1-4.

Adding an Inventory to a Location​

Add inventory button opens a dialog where you can scan an inventory barcode. If the scanned item is already in the table, it's ignored. Otherwise, it's added to the end of the table with storage locations 1-4 assigned to the selected location.

The grid displays current and target locations. New locations are saved by clicking Save.

When Use location 4 for sorting is enabled, storageLocation4 is automatically set to three digits.

Reordering Inventories​

Reordering inventories only works when Use location 4 for sorting is enabled. It rearranges inventories already at the target location and listed in the table.

Scan inventory barcodes in order from first to last to set their storageLocation4 order.
